O ar condicionado não gelava. Muito calor. Solicitamos reparo. Veio um funcionário mexeu e disse que ajustou, ao retornar após dia inteiro de passeios, quarto ainda quente. Reclamamos novamente. Sugeriram mudar de quarto. Tivemos que mudar de quarto 22h. OBS: Tivemos o mesmo problema com ar condicionado no NH de Barcelona. Ou seja, nunca mais ficaremos em hotel da rede NH.

Não agradou o horário do café da manhã a partir de 7h:30 no final de semana. Por conta de passeio e voo de volta, não usufruímos o buffet de café da manhã incluído nas diárias. Muito embora seja oferecido um "pré-café" antes desse horário, o serviço não pode agradar. Os produtos são disponibilizados em um pequeno espaço da recepção, ao lado dos elevadores, sem local para sentar. Ou seja, o hóspede toma café em pé ou é preciso levar para o outro lado da recepção a bebida quente, pão e demais produtos selecionados. Além disso, a reposição de alguns produtos não conseguiu acompanhar a demanda indicando que foram muitos os hóspedes que saíram antes do 7h:30. Assim, parece importante rever o horário do café da manhã nos finais de semana.

Adoramos nos hospedar na rede NH. O hotel é muito confortável, quarto era bem grande e super bem localizado. Chuveiro era maravilhoso. Nao tomamos cafe da manha porque achamos que o valor era alto para os dias em que estaríamos la. Preferimos tomar cafe com o mesmo valor em cafeterias temáticas na cidade. Mas o hotel é super recomendado. Bairro muito bom, perto de tudo.

Breakfast was OK, but two things that I didn't like too much, I ordered room service one evening, just a toasted ham and cheese sandwich with fries, I ordered it at 7:20 in the evening on the QR code that they want you to use, and I didn't get it till 8:40, I called after nearly 1 hour and they had obviously forgotten it, and when it came it was pretty damn cold, the other thing that you should look into is that the king bed in my room is on wheels and the floor is a vinyl wood floor, but there are no breaks on the bed wheels, so if you lay in bed and put pillows behind you to sit up, the bed falls away from the wall and you can fall off the back of the bed, there needs to be brakes on thewheelsofthebed, that doesn't take much thinking
