At check in, we asked for room service every day (you have to ask for it) but even though we requested daily room service, they still didn't provide it on one of our three nights. They also kept leaving us only two towels even though there were 4 of us, so we had to keep requesting more towels. The breakfast is good, and if you add it on at check in, it is a good value. Parking is convenient.
