バスルームの掃除が汚くてビックリしました。バスルームのドアパッキンにも排水口も床にまでカビがあり、明らかに掃除がちゃんと出来ていない。その上、イベント時の特別料金として法外な値段を取られました。本当に腹が立っています。

予約者ではなく一緒に宿泊する人が先に到着することになりチェックインが可能か確認の電話を前日にしたところ、電話の対応でタメ口、予約者の名前を呼び捨てされ、非常に不快だった。設備や立地はとてもいいのでその点は満足
