We were out into an accessibility room that was quite weird. The carpet was stained, the furniture was awkward, the metal bed-frames were exposed and posed a hazard, there was minimal storage, and there was no clock or phone. We asked to be moved and the staff told us to check back when we returned. When we did there were no rooms available.

It was great. The room was massive and a great place to rest. I’d definitely stay there again.

The hotel is ok however the carpets, faucets, and the facilities are very aged. The carpets in the room had some sort of a smell to it. Parking is very tight in the basement of the hotel. There is open public access to the parking lot from outside, even though this is supposed to be a secure area I got the smell of urination. The hotel did not provide any laundry bags in case one was needed.

Staff was super helpful and nice. It is great to have a room downstairs with microwaves, coffees, teas and ice maker. Walls can be a bit thin though - could hear your neighbour snores from next door, but earplugs are provided so it wasn't a problem.
