Our final night on the road of a fabulous trip.

It was amazing. We visited was family and enjoyed the growing football atmosphere between rivals the next day FSU vs Roll Tide Bama.

Don’t do it!

Stay Away

Disgusting. Not fit for human occupancy. Not fit for a dog. Wasted $110. Lasted 5 minutes and walked out. The nerve for these guys to charge a deposit is baffling.

Nightmare Swamp Room

Fist off, while driving i receive a communication from Baymont. Not reading it into detail, i thought they were asking if i prefer a king or Dbl Queen room. Only to find out at check-in, it was for a room upgrade. Here is where it gets good. The room furnished in mixed mathed furnishings, kitchenette , the into the sleeping area king bed, odd nook with a jacuzzi tub, and standard bathroom sink/toilet, tub-shwr. What they forgot to mention, yiur carpet will feel mildew, humidity at 95%, and a full bucket of water from the himidifier. I had to drain it 3 times before bed. I demand refund for my stay!! Im glad i didnt catch pneumonia or something else.

Horrible Owner, illegal request for ADA dog-VETERA

Horrible owners, trying to charge an extra $50 deposit for my ADA Service dog. Completely illegal. We took the service (veteran) dog home, came back, and they kicked us out because we were challenging the ethics of their “deposit” for my service dog. I’m a protected Veteran and what they did was illegal, unethical, poor attitudes. They lied and stated we damaged the room, so we don’t get any of our money back. So they illegally requested an extra deposit, then argued about the legality of their requests, then took our money and kicked us out. So I am $100 loss from them. But trust me, I’m going after them. Hard. Veterans will stop at nothing to hold people accountable.

The room was disgusting. The floor was damp and slimy to walk on, definitely needed shoes the whole time. The bathroom was definitely NOT cleaned. The bedding was nasty and not cleaned either. Found dirt and hair all over it. Used towels to lay down on to feel somewhat cleanly. The front door didn’t even shut all the way, there was a gap. Only thing keeping it closed was the deadbolt hook.

Rude faculty and dirty rooms

When we arrived at the hotel, we were informed of a plumbing issue on the premises. There were no toilets, sinks or showers available. We asked 3 seperate times before checking in if the water would be turned back in that evening and they assured us it would be up and running by 8:00, so we decided to check in. 800 came and m went as did 9:00 so I finally went to speak to the manager again and he tried to gaslight me into believeing that he had always told me it wouldn’t be up until 10:00. He got extremely rude with me and when I asked what we were supposed to do for a bathroom he told me to “hold it.” Even the next morning when the water was finally turned on we did not have any hot water available and were denied any sort of compensation twice. Beyond the plumbing and attitude issue the room also smelled extremely musty and smoky despite being a non-smoking room. We also found a cockroach in the morning walking around on the bed. The hotel was very dilapidated and unkept.

I was asked to check in online.Thinking it would save time ,I did. Upon arriving at the hotel, I discovered my reservation had special requests that I did not make. So I had to check in again. The room was not great, but it was clean. The TV would fade dark then brighten back up. The toilet handle also had to be jiggled to stop it from running. Check out was terrible. People were waiting and no one was behind the desk. I eventually called the hotel itself to see if someone would answer. Eventually, an unhappy man came out to the desk and didn't even answer the phone. I hung up when he started checking people out. That process took about fifteen minutes from start to finish.
