Quick and easy check - parking a bit of an issue - they have no check in spots and in the parking garage all spots are reserved- after driving up 8 floors - we final called for instructions where to park - they then assigned us a reserved spot

We booked this hotel because it was close to the surgery center where we had an appt. Very nice room complete with refrigerator and stove .. mini kitchen. Located near lots of restaurants… would stay again!

Based off the reviews, we were worried of the bad things people were saying. We worried about the homeless people issues, of the smell that had been reported but we were very please to see our room was extremely clean and we saw about two homeless people there. The neighborhood is decent, there’s a 7/11 on the same block which is very very convenient. Our room was bigger than expected, no one ever used the pool so we had it to ourselves. Staff were friendly and nice. I was so scared of being disappointed by this hotel but it outdid my expectations. It’s also provided a great view of the ocean and sunsets. (Not just the pier) it is about 13 min to Waikiki which is not bad since we had a car and spent most of the time trying to conquer every part of the island, not just Waikiki. Overall I would book this hotel again and def recommend it to my friends.

Nice hotel, lots of work to do when you get there. Different cards, key codes and fobs to get from the parking to your room. Bed needs to be replaced way to soft, you sink. Overall stay is great

Parking lot is very dark at night Staff are friendly Lobby looks like 5star hotel but doesn’t match upstairs decor. The hallway is very narrow The room is very spacious The bed & bathroom are nice and clean But everything else looks old and the rug has spots everywhere The key pad locked me out 3times The location is good

The negative was that we had selected a king bedroom and it was a queen bed. We normally don’t sleep together so that was tight. It was so late in the evening though that we just dealt with it. It was reasonably clean and had a lot of space to it. We did not visit the pool.

Poor stay

The beds need to be replaced. They both were very lumpy. The jets in the tub did not work. There was no shower gel. Big spots in the carpet. Not a comfortable stay at all.
