I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be a mixed experience. On the positive side, the location is great—close to shops, restaurants, and main roads, which made getting around very easy. Parking was also convenient with plenty of space available, which is always appreciated.
However, there were several issues that took away from the overall experience. Upon check-in, the hotel clerk was not particularly welcoming or helpful, which set the tone for the stay. My husband and I were initially assigned a room where the door latch would randomly lock from the inside, preventing us from entering. The hotel clerk tried getting it to work, but we were not having that. We immediately asked for another room because we did not want to keep dealing with that during our stay.
Noise was another major issue. Both employees and other guests were loud during early morning hours, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. You’d expect some level of noise in a hotel, but this felt excessive and unmanaged.
Lastly, the breakfast was very underwhelming. There were no hot options—just cereal, muffins, and some beverages. No eggs, no protein, nothing substantial, which was disappointing for what’s advertised as a complimentary breakfast.
Overall, while the location and parking were definite pluses, the lack of customer service, noisy environment, and poor breakfast offerings made the stay less enjoyable than it could have been. I hope management takes steps to improve in these areas.
