Room was clean with ocean view(3rd floor). The pool is clean, but what normally would be the "hot tub" is not hot, it's the same temp as the pool, so basically a kiddy pool. If the outside temps are cool, there is no real option to enjoy the pool area, as there is no hot tub. Very loud pre/during/after Bike Week due to proximity to the main road and the bike parking under the rooms. Easy access to the beach, but there is on-beach driving, caution with kids on the beach as the vehicles driving between the property and the beach are all 4- wheel drive, i.e. usually large tires.
