Early January, no pool time. Everything was fine except I had a noisy adjoining room with kids up at 7:00 looking for breakfast. My bad, I didn't ask about neighbors before I checked in. Breakfast with fine.

The first room smelled of smoke. The second room wasn’t vacuumed or moped. Bugs in the tub. The room was very dark. Only had a couple lamps that flickered like a horrible flick. First Two days we had hot breakfast the third morning there was only 3 bagels a couple slices of bread and dry cereal. Staff was alright the first two days. Third morning the gentleman at the front desk was rude when asked about a hot breakfast. Just over all a terrible experience. Will never stay at this hotel again.

Check in was fine with no issues. I was staying 3 nights and "upgraded" to a business suite but upon entry the room had a musky smell. It was clean but in disrepair. Torn curtains, miss-matched, worn out office chair and bathroom ceiling tiles set the tone for an underwhelming experience. Breakfast we low grade mushy eggs and sausage 3 days in a row. I would upload photos if this app allows it. I doubted a different room would have been much better, though they would have had plenty since the place was a ghost town. The bed was low grade with matching, thin bedding. There is nothing "Green" about this property and it really was motel 6 at best quality. I felt miss-led by Hotel.com's 8.6 "excellent" rating and tried to call for cancel options but they would only let me get a refund if the property approved it and that was doubtful given i was one of 3 guests staying. I will likely stop using Hotels.com and just work directly with the hotel chains websites. One positive was housekeeping service was surprising provided.

The mattress was not in very good condition. It sagged in the middle. Overall, very nice staff and stay. Love the EV chargers! 😉

Bathroom had multiple areas of mold and accumulated dust including the bathroom exhaust fan. When we arrived, the HVAC unit’s filter was lying on top of the unit. The room itself looked worn and outdated. The bed was comfortable but several of the pillows were flat. This room was on the first floor. We have stayed in this hotel several times before, always on the second floor. The rooms seemed better there. It seems like this hotel has gone downhill over the past year. We will not stay here again. (When we brought these concern to the attention of the front desk when we checked out, she showed me a receipt where they supposedly refunded $20 of our bill. Three weeks later, the refund has not showed up through my credit card.)

The staff was excellent. A few problems in the room tho…there is a medal rod sticking out on the left side of the bed that is dangerous. The lighting in the bathroom is very poor. The shower did not get hot enough.
