The location near centro is ideal for walking everywhere. The tree lined wide avenues are attractive. This hotel is immaculate, quality, modern. The breakfast atrium with high glass and superior breakfast was good. Next door we had the end sept celebration of Our Lady of Sorrows, a serious comminity celebration with bands, floats and a Basilica that was incredibly ornate . Room.was clean and acceptable space. All staff members friendly and helpful. A 5km run along useful straight major streets was good. Tourist tip if you want to see Alhambra book many weeks in advance or it wont happen. We would stay here again.

Unlike our other stays during our trip in Andalucía, this hotel was a low point. While the location is good and parking is available, the parking access is very narrow and poorly managed. The main issue was the reception staff’s inability to handle arriving guests efficiently. At times, both staff members focused on a single guest while other guests were left waiting. The short-term parking area at the entrance is almost always occupied, even though it is supposedly limited to 10 minutes. As a result, we were forced to park on the sidewalk, risking a fine, due to the staff’s poor handling of guest check-ins. Additionally, when we tried to make dinner reservations at the hotel restaurant, we were told that this was not managed by reception. This is unacceptable for a four-star hotel. In the end, we chose to dine elsewhere, which I would actually recommend. Overall, this stay did not feel like a four-star experience. Considering the price, the hotel is too expensive for what it offers. There are better options available in the area, and I would recommend staying elsewhere.
