Room had a kitchenette but there were no pots or pans, plates or silverware. The room was moderately clean and very rundown. We did not have hand towels in the bathroom.

Bed was terrible

Check in went great, friendly staff. Room was clean and well maintained. BED WAS SO HARD IT WAS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO GET ANY SLEEP. You rent a hotel room to sleep, when you can't do much of that, it defeats the purpose of getting a room. Terrible stay.

I paid 150 for the night should have been nothing. The toilet had feces stains on it, the counters had food crumbs all over, someone’s underwear was hanging on the rack by the door. Wouldn’t waste my money here

Room was absolutely disgusting The floors were gross and sticky, there was a layer of hair and dust on everything. About 20 hairs in the shower. Pretty sure the sheets were never cleaned. I’ve stayed in 3rd world countries and this was worse.

The employees at this property were amazing and the full size fridge was a definite plus. The elevator was always in service. The AC was amazing. That said, the north stairs and luggage carrier, were dirty. The chair was torn/worn and the mattress cover was stained. Frequently there were strange ie broken down cars and a renovated bus in addition to smokers of tobacco and marijuana in the parking lot. Also, a simple fix there was nowhere to leave a key if checking out before office hours, 8 am I believe.

I needed a place for one night in the Lakewood area and this Extended Stay America was my choice. It was in a convenient location, the price was reasonable, checking in was quick and easy, and the room was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

Clean quiet rooms, with easy check in.

Reasonably priced room. Everything was clean and tidy. I had a service dog with me and they gave me no hard time whatsoever unlike most places. Check in was easy and room was quiet. I'll definitely be there again.

I had reserved a King Size bed with Handicap Accessible bathroom and when we got to our room, it was a Queen Size bed and there was outside stuff on the floor that hadn't been swept up. I called the front desk right away and was told that there were no King Size accessible rooms and would have to talk to the manager in the morning. Well neither of us slept well because of not being comfortable that we left early. I probably will not stay at another Extended Stay again.

The lady at check in was very quick and very friendly. The check-in maybe took 5 mins. I was pretty quiet and close to transportation. When I got to the room. It had an smell of smoke. The floor was dirty to the point that my gray socks were black after walking in the room. The shower did not have hot water due to the fact that the bathtub handle was pulling out of the wall and would not turn all the way to the hot side. Also looks like the kitchen was water damaged and all chipped up. It was clean but the trim was pulling off and the paint looked like mold was starting to grow.
