Also was told the pool was heated it was anything but heated. Besides all of this the hotel has beautiful renovations

Requested no fragrances due to a chemically sensitive immune disorder that causes anaphylaxis. Room was so overpowering that I could’ve swore sometime zip tied a bathroom spray air freshener and tossed it in. No notice that hotel was under full reconstruction without amenities listed yet charged full price with no refunds allowed and woken to hammering and saws.
