Room is a little small but fine, Cleanliness is a bit average as requested a refresh/new towels and never happened. Had to ask a second time for towels which wasn’t ideal. location is great super close to Spitalfields markets and about a 10min walk to Liverpool station which suited us perfectly

When we arrived at the hotel we could instantly see how dirty the property was. We got there late so had no choice but to stay the night. The room was even worse. The carpet had not been vacuumed at all, there were stains all over the floor and curtains, hair in the shower, and a big brown stain on the pillow. Hotels.com was the only positive about this stay. They were able to help us get a refund for our unstated nights. I would not recommend this hotel to ANYONE. Stay far away if you have any cleanliness standards at all.

I was charged for breakfast even though I did not eat it. Be sure to specify when you check in because the person at checkout told me my charges could not be correct after my receipt was printed. It made no sense to me because how would I have known that before I saw my receipt?!

L’hôtel est très bien situé, ce qui est un vrai point positif pour visiter Londres. Les chambres sont cependant assez petites pour deux personnes, même si elles restent fonctionnelles pour un court séjour. En revanche, l’hygiène laisse clairement à désirer. Le ménage semble fait de manière très superficielle : les tables de chevet étaient sales et la moquette tachée, sans véritable nettoyage en profondeur. Concernant le petit-déjeuner, celui-ci est vendu comme un « continental », mais il se résume à quelques tranches de pain et deux pains au chocolat qui se battent en duel, ce qui est très décevant au vu du prix. De plus, bien que nous ayons payé le petit-déjeuner, l’hôtel a refusé de le reconnaître, malgré la facture et les preuves via Hôtel.com. Aucun geste ni solution n’a été proposé. En résumé, un hôtel correct pour l’emplacement, mais décevant sur la propreté, la prestation du petit-déjeuner et la gestion des réclamations.

Nous sommes déçus de la chambre qui n’a pas été refaite une seule fois de notre séjour alors que nous l’avions demandé. Le petit dejeuner est vraiment bâclé, tout est décongelé et même pas de spécialité anglaise. Une odeur permanente d’égout dans la chambre jour et nuit.

Accueil parfait toujours du personnel à la réception. Très facile d’accès. Chambre sécurisée! Besoin du badge de la chambre pour monter dans l’ascenseur et accéder au couloir et à la chambre. Mise à disposition au rez de chaussée d’eau chaude avec du thé ou bien de l’eau fraîche … pour la fin du séjour possibilité de laisser les bagages dans une pièce sécurisé afin de profiter des dernier moment à Londres ! Propreté nickel et chambre très fonctionnelle. Séjour magnifique!
