I had pre-registered per the request from Wyndham thinking it would streamline my check in, but when I got to the hotel, they had to enter everything and I had to sign everything again. So what’s the point?? Otherwise, we are very pleased with our stay.

Sheets and pillows weren't clean, but nice staff

There was drops of blood and make up on one of the pillows. It clearly hadn't been washed. It made you wonder if the rest of the sheets had been cleaned or they just made the bed. I would rate the hotel lower, but when I asked for a replacement pillow and showed the worker at the front desk the blood and make-up on the pillow, she was really nice about it, apologized, seemed embarrassed, and quickly got me a new one.
