I called four times to let them know that we will be late checking in the first three times the Rude gentleman on the phone just hung the phone up and did not want to hear what I had to say.and told him that we had vehicle issues. It will be doing a late check in. We check in so late at 4 AM in the morning. Had my credit card that I used to make the reservation. The card reservation was made under the same card as the credit card yet they wanted $100 cash because my employee name was not on the Credit card. Even though the name on the credit card and the employee’s name was on the reservations list made by the card holder. They said they were trying to keep theft down. if that’s the case they wouldn’t let them check into the room. Even though my employees name on his company uniform and name, Match the company name on the reservations and credit card. So my guys had to dig out of their pockets $100 Which was very frustrating after spinning 21 hours on the road.

This was a lesson in you get what you pay for. I am glad it was only 1 night! The beds were hard, the bathroom was not very clean. The elevator was a little scary! The door did not stop for the luggage cart- my husband had to back it out or the door would have closed on it. Glad it wasn’t the kids. The employees though were very friendly!

Front desk was awesome, check in a breeze. Our room was on the 3rd floor facing the highway. The truck traffic alllllll night long was very loud. Breakfast was adequate, place was clean, however no sleep gets a poor review.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable BUT, the thermostat didn’t work. The temp was set for 72 degrees but it was so cold in there that our noses were running. The heater finally started to blow hot air after I set the temp to 80. Also, the shower water was tepid at best.

delicious breakfast, room was super clean, staff was so helpful and friendly, and the pool was also perfect! we were pleasantly surprised as we did not have high expectations for a hotel in the middle of nowhere. this was one of the nicest hotels we've stayed at.

Dirty and rundown. Facuet water smelled like sewage. The toilet water was yellow and it emitted steam. Yes... we flushed the toilet. Furniture was all chipped and falling apart. Front desk staff was pleasant to deal with. Limited free breakfast options, so we went to the Country Fare restaurant instead. Overall, very disappointed with our stay.
