Great place The internal decor is the one of a business hotel, plain and very clean. I wouldn't describe it as a high end hotel but is still very nice. The best part is its direct location in downtown Los Gatos close to many nice restaurants. The bed was comfortable, only suggestion: i would use king size pillows on the queen bedstoo

According to Hotel.com before booking, there is VIP access privilege. There was nothing. Furthermore, I did not like the extra 25 US dollar per night for destination fee? I mean according to hotel.com is a resort fee so I expected a resort experience. But upon arrival is called destination fee and I don't understand the extra destination charge. In addition, they charge lodging tax at the hotel. They already charged tax and fees through hotel.com. There
