A good quiet location out of the main town of Hoi An. Super friendly and very helpful staff who went the’extra mile’ to accommodate our needs - taxis, local buses etc. The Hotel has bike hire and the surrounding area is great for easy cycling with lots of opportunity to keep off the main roads.

We got to the hotel, and I don't think that I have ever known such service. On arrival we asked about timings / rules etc, only to be told that anything was ok - we should treat the hotel like our home whilst we were there.

My family came here to stay for only 1 day, but was really impressed because the staff here are extremely enthusiastic and friendly, especially Ms. Ngoc and Van. Each sister works a different shift, but they all know what my family wants. 10 points for the staff.
