BOOKER BEWARE

Absolutely terrible experience! The place was dirty and smelled of septic! The toilet clogged and they handed my son a plunger to fix it. The tv didn’t work and the bed was like laying on cement. I would up leaving night 1 at 1am and walked up the block to another hotel! Even though the rep at the front desk said they would approve a refund bc I didn’t stay, they rejected the refund. Thankfully I had pictures of the conditions and was able to dispute the charge with hotels.com Unfortunately you can’t smell the septic through pictures

Not Movie magic

The room was gross. Dirty washcloth still on the shower curtain rod, everything was dingy and dirty and the bathroom door was rotting away at the bottom. I took my daughter to a theme park near by and stayed there. Looked like drug dealers outside and I was embarrassed she saw this place.

They stole the $100 I left as a deposit.

The hotel is fine, there is no problem with the cleanliness or attention, but they agreed to return the deposit of 100 dollars that they asked me to give me the room. When I left the hotel they told me that they would return the deposit in 4 days. It's been 10 days now and I have not received any response from the hotel.

When you walk in the lobby it had a smell. It’s like a run down hotel. The pictures are not what it looks like. The ladies were nice. When you get two rooms, you would except them together not spaced apart. When we checked in I asked for them to be together. You get what you pay for.

Community microwave

False advertising no microwave in room only a community microwave in lobby, no game room, no fitness room, door handles falling off, has ants and roaches . Sketch people pushing Walmart carts outside. Elevator out of order, ceiling with a terrible leak in hall way. Yea it’s cheaper than other hotels, and I’m far from picky but it’s really bad, wouldn’t recommend.

The hotel had a good layout, but there was barely any staff and it was very dirty with cigarette butts and pizza crusts laying in the hallway. There were no bugs in the hotel though, so I was thankful for that.
