The place looks bad with worn everything from the front office to the stairs and porches. My room, on the other hand was pretty good. Carpet could have used a shampoo and repair but the bed was ok, bath was spotless with lots of hot water and great pressure. Heat was more than adequate.

The whole stay was overall terrible. When I first checked in I was laughed at because I was 18 trying to check in. The listing specifically says minimum age to check in:18. already off to a bad start. Upon getting to the room (after walking up staires that looked like they haven’t been vacuumed or cleaned in 4 years) the outside of the window (the screen) was all smashed in and looked like someone broke in. After getting in the room and going to lock the door immediately because of how sketch the “inn” was we realized the door didn’t even lock and we used the chain lock instead. And you would think by this point I would’ve gone back to the desk and asked for a new room or a refund, but the women at the front desk didn’t seem to be in their right mind and had an aluminum bat behind her desk in plain view (you can see it in another review also). The office that was shown in the listing is clean and bright, not this office, there was plexiglass around the whole thing it was filthy and the staff was just unpleasant to talk to. The bathroom: the shower had a dirt ring along with the toilet, the sink was lined with cigarette burns even though it was marked as non-smoking. The closet does weren’t even attached you tried to roll them open and the bottom goes up into the air. Stains all over the rooms rug ( hair dye?, juice? More cigarette burns?). The beds “blanket” had holes in it like it was years old. The pillowcase was also dirty as if it was just slept on by someone with makeup.

Really nice people, let me check out late for free , not the cleanest and my daughter calls it the buggy hotel but you get what you pay for and it was cheap and I loved how kind the staff was and how they were so kind and considerate and helpful

Lady at the front desk was very helpful. Quiet area, but very easy access to I-95. Bit of a tricky entrance. It is shared with a You Haul company. Easy to miss, and the turn around is a couple of blocks away. It needs a sign identifying the entrance.

Went and found another hotel for the night. Room smelled strongly of smoke, comforter had burn holes as well as the sheets. Didn’t feel safe .

This place is a total dump it is NOT a motel ect...it is an apartment complex with a couple rooms being rented the room says no smoking it reeked of old smoke the next door nabor sounded like a horror movie tv was on max volume all night and noone in the office to complain too so i had to risk my self and knock on the door i was in town for work here am at 2am trying to fall asleep hang out by the residence was loud disorderly i HAD to stay for 2 nights the next night the phyco next door had tv at supper max again even in the am during my check out it was looooud! I never experienced this and i will NEVER stay again i do not reccomend to stay here unless you are into horror movies or are shamless this is a 5 star dump and i give it 5 stars on the negetive side i should get a full refund back and an incentive for surviving 2 in this bloomhouse. Stephen king motel this is not a joke if you do not believe me book your stay for october it will fit the season of holloween fyi i should have just slept in my van and parked in the ghetto with my radio an super loud it would have been cheaper thats the only difference. Stay at your own risk may the lord be with you.

If you’re looking for an unclean, unsafe & downright disgusting place to spend a night or two, then the Rodeway Inn is the place for you! If you looked at the photos provided on Expedia; erase them from your memory, because that is not even close to what you will see when you arrive. The walkway has cat trees surrounded by empty tuna cans. The baseboards are rotted & falling apart. There are rooms with no doorknobs, but web cams in windows. The room will be riddled with the smell of cigarette smoke, cigarette burns (on lamps, walls & sink), water damaged doors, mold, short curly hairs, torn carpet, burned electrical outlets, holes in the wall, sticky carpet. When you realize that this place is not safe for humans & attempt to call the office, you’ll realize they don’t have a working phone.If you go down to the office multiple times, no one will be there. But, you’ll see the little web cam on the counter move & follow you as you walk in. Expedia will offer to refund you once you send the photos over of the diabolical excuse for an inn, but will tell you they can’t do so until they speak to someone in the office, which they can’t do because there is no phone to call. They will however be able to send you some Expedia cash ($20) for your troubles, which you will probably need to buy bleach to douse yourself in once leaving this absolute disgrace of an establishment.

Bathroom sink, covered in cigarette burns. When you turn the sink on, the smell cigarette smoke assaults you.

Wasn’t a great place from the moment we pulled in. I’ve stayed in motel 6s that were in better shape. The first room had room on the covers. Dirty floor. Went to switch rooms. That room was even more disgusting. Beds had burn marks from ppl smoking in the bed. Floors were dirty. The bathroom was nasty, looked like it hasn’t been cleaned. We just ask for a refund, not sure if I’ll get it but left and got another hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!
