Although I was surprised to be told to pay $10 per night for the parking during checkin, almost all my previous bookings from hotels.com offer free parking, so lesson learned is next time i need to filter out non free parking hotels.

Front desk was very nice & friendly. The room was big and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The pillows were the best. It’s in a very convenient location for downtown Scottsdale, and I felt very safe.

Great hotel stay for work, looks of places near buy to get snacks, food etc… the check in staff was great. I realized the next morning I left my deodorant at home and was able to buy some in the hotel. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Really nice clean room.

I liked the location to Old Town. The manager was great at helping to fix an issue. The property is nice and clean. My only cons are that the bed is very firm, the water pressure is weak, breakfast was not good. I would still stay here again despite these issues because of the price and cleanliness.
