To start, I am not a hotel snob. Basic clean serviceable place to stay is fine for me. This hotel is misrepresented on the internet and should be avoided for the common traveler. The hotel looks like it was used to house the homeless. First room was rejected due to black mold and uncleaned shower along with other damage. Second room was taken only because I had prepaid. The better room was identified by magic marker written on the wall. Room had no lampshade but light bulb did work. Television did not work. One towel set for a room with two double beds and two guests. One pillow for each bed and one sheet set. No blanket, bedspread or anything else. If the sheet was not good enough, you were out of luck and it was December with cold temps. Not even a disposable plastic cup to brush your teeth or get a drink. Hotel desk could not provide a plastic cup. Don't believe the internet. There is no breakfast served. There is not even a serviceable breakfast area. The graffiti etched and written into the furniture and other areas just adds to the ambiance. The owners are aware of this and running it like a flop house. This facility should not present itself as a regular hotel.

I would advise anyone to stay away from this hotel. I was greeted but an odor of marijuana in the lobby. But I checked in anyway assuming maybe someone had just passed through and that it wasn’t the hotel itself. ( I was wrong the odor remained during my couple hours spent there.) Now onto the room, everything was dingy and in disrepair. The walls were marked up. The sheets had holes in them from prior cigarette burns. The bed on one side had a metal bar sticking out that my shine constantly found, it was also sharp leaving a small cut on my right leg. The small kitchen area had 2 draw fronts missing. There were no outlets to charge phones by the beds, nor were there lamps or end tables by the bed. The only choice to charge the phone was to use the power strip by the TV. On the counter near the microwave and hot plate were dead cockroaches. Spider webs decorated the windows. This hotel shouldn’t even be an option on hotels.com. Stay Away!!,

This place is a dump! Not fit for business during renovation.. a very slow process. No ice machines working, no water, coffee, no towels, room was torn apart with half installed items. Holes with wires exposed in walls. Filthy carpets! Terrible clueless inattentive staff at front desk. Nothing as described on your site! Never again!! Hotels.com you failed us!!

Worst room I have ever seen with my own eyes. Massive chunks of visible black mold in the air conditioner. Furniture absolutely grimey. Floor sticky. Bugs crawling in the bathroom. No toilet paper. No comforter on bed, just stained thin white sheets. Huge crack in the window. Insane. Something out of a horror film.

Dead bugs lying around on the counters and floor. Staff on the first night was no help, gentleman on the second night was very helpful. Finally secured a pillow for the bed with the ripped and stained sheet. The bed frame sticking out ingered three people.

Upon arrival you will be fooled by the state of the building. The lobby appeared to be undergoing updates and smelled decent. I mention smell because once you get off the elevator to go to your room you're hit in the face with cigarettes, urine, and other unmentionables. Due to health concerns, burn holes in the bedding, and overall lack of cleanliness; I refused to stay the night and have asked for a refund. The staff was kind, apologetic, and helpful.

There was urine in the toilet when I checked into the room; the manager’s reaction was, “Well, was the rest of the room clean?” I was willing to try a second room, but it had dead bugs on the floor and cigarette burns in the sheets. I had to ask for a refund and book a different hotel. This is one of the most disgusting hotels I’ve ever stepped foot in; I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy.
