Location is great, lobby is very conservative contemporary, I am looking forward to using this location again when renovations/updates are complete. Sketchy people outside, rolls of carpet, and (I think) staff smoking. Inside was so rundown, including my room. Stuff on walls, broken lamp, just overall bad. The hotel directly across the street is so much better!!

The room was okay overall, but the wall unit was barely hanging off the wall when we arrived. Maintenance came the next day to fix it, but they left drywall chips all over the floor and didn’t fix the heat. We were traveling with three kids, including an infant. Thankfully, we always travel with extra blankets—it wasn’t too terribly cold at night, but the room was really cold in the morning. The ice machine on the second floor had a puddle of water under it the entire weekend. Breakfast was fine—waffles, a couple of cereal choices, eggs, sausage, toast, and yogurt.

Lobby was 100° all the time, bed in our room was hard & uncomfortable, smoke alarms chirped in the hallways making me feel unsafe, breakfast eggs & sausage was cold less than an hour after breakfast starting & they were in a supposed warmer, the entire juice machine which had several different juices for breakfast was completely empty during the whole breakfast time.

It is good that I woke up 30 minutes before my alarm because there was no hot water. I had to take a shower in another room. The hotel is dated and needs to be renovated. The staff was nice. I did not like that there were slot machines in the lobby. The cost was very high at $242 and the hotel is low level. Given the choice, I would not stay here again.
