Great location next to two malls for shopping and restaurants. Near to walk to Old Town. Carol in the restaurant was amazing! The pool was the only disappointment, looked better in the pictures but was tiny in real life. Breakfast assortment could improve as well but good enough.

Overall I had a good stay at the Best Western Vilnius. The room was spacious and quite clean. They had a nice buffet breakfast that was included with the reservation, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. The hotel is in a good location with a couple of malls nearby and the historic center and other sites are only about a 15-20 minute walk from the hotel. Overall, The Best Western Vilnius is a good place to stay while visiting Vilnius.

Bra hotell

Bra hotell med gångavstånd till gamla stan. Hotellet är rent och personalen är trevlig. Frukostsalen är stor och fin. Men man kan anmärka på servicen vid frukosten. Vi hade 4 nätter på hotellet och det saknades saker på frukosten väldigt ofta. Första morgonen fanns inga glas till juice, dagen efter saknades teskedar och det var slut på stekta ägg. Den tredje dagen var det slut på bacon och det dröjde länge innan de serverade det igen. Vet inte om det beror på underbemanning. Annars är hotellet bra.

Zimmer war für die Leistungen überteuert.

Es wurde mir ein schlechteres Zimmer vergeben, als gebucht. Anstatt Doppelbetzimmer wurde mir ein sehr kleines Einzehlzimmmer gegeben. Später nach meiner Reklamation wurde dies korrigiert. Die Zimmerausstattung ist veraltet, Klimaanlage war ohne Funktion, in Badezimmer war Mühl in Mühleimer. Gegenüber des Hotels ist eine Großbaustelle mit der entsprechnder Lärmbelästigung. Ich habe kein Verständnis dafür, das so eine Übernachtung fast 100 Euro gekostet hat. Nach meiner Einschätzung Preis von MAX 70 Euro mit Frühstück wäre ok. Hotel hat grundsätzlich einige sehr gute Zimmer. Ob man so ein Zimmer bekommt, ist ungewiss. Als Stammgast war ich bis jetzt mit dem Hotel sehr zufrieden und habe bei hotels.com das Hotel früher sehr gelobt.
