The first room (251) had hairs in the tub, the shower curtain & rod were not hanging, they were on the floor, there was red dirt on the edges of the tubs caulking seam, the tv & the phone did not work & they were plugged in. We asked for money back & was refused but was given a different room, hair in the tub in room 223. Overall, I wouldnt stay again until basic cleaning is kept up & maintenance fixes basic items you pay for when reserving room.

The staff was friendly and amazing. The floor in the room was sticky and our shoes stuck to the floor everytime we took a step. The beds were old and very uncomfortable and super squeaky everytime someone rolled over.

The front desk at check in said I’d get my $100 deposit back after 10 days. It’s been two weeks since the stay and they’re ignoring their messages while I request for my deposit back.

The front desk over charged us twice and we informed him that the first time the CC went through he said it didn’t so we swipped again and went through. When we got our Bank statements it shows 3 transactions 1)for $1 to make sure the CC is good 2) for the 1 day stay,3) another transactions for the same 1 day stay. Called and spoke to front desk and he took my name and number and ASSURED me this will be resolve and someone will call me back the same day because the staff to review will be coming in @ 12:30. I have tried numerous times calling BUT nothing rings and rings, then gets cut off. I am very frustrated… This is the only issue we have , along with someone car alarm kept going off all night. I believe there should always be someone PRESENT at location to see to these matters, and someone to speak to to get things resolve. I am still waiting for a RESOLUTIOM

Stayed here for our daughter’s volleyball tournament. 10 min away from the Robelen Center/@theGrounds. Rooms are big and spacious. Room and beds were clean. Reasonably priced and affordable. Only thing that was annoying was the beds are on a metal frame, and we would accidentally kick the bottom of the metal frame and it would make a loud bang noise, but it’s not too big of an issue. Will definitely stay here again.

Staff was great. All 3 front desk and 2 cleaning crew staff I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. The motel/room was very clean, but could use some upgrades. The door looked like a crowbar had been used to open it at least once and the floor/step-down into the shower/bath tub was odd, definitely not easy to use if you had stregth issues. (any one with weaknesses or knees issues would have had issues getting in/out).
