Beautiful property off the beaten path away from touristy areas! The staff were so kind and sweet and accommodating! The room clean (smelled amazing)and spacious enough for two people and two huge luggages. The best part is the food options Yum! The food was fresh and delicious! Will book again the next time in here

The staffs were extremely friendly. Room was cozy and clean. There is a big shopping mall with one minute walk. The hotel is free parking with many parking spaces. Free breakfast with nice food and a variety of choices too! Overall it was a 10/10 stay!

Stayed here with the intention to commute to Tokyo and surrounding areas. If you also plan to do the same without a car, I do not recommend. There is only 1 bus that stops near the hotel that is a 5 minute walk away. It takes 30 mins to the station and you will see the countryside, which was nice. This hotel seems to be more of a rest stop for road trip travelers. The hotel is next to a busy street and can hear the noise pollution and honks from the roads. There is a big mall next door and takes 8 minutes to get there. No tax free services there. Lots of vending machines on the first floor. Breakfast buffet had lots of variety.

2日間泊まるので部屋の掃除をどうするか？と聞かれたので、タオル交換とアメニティだけで、掃除は、必要ないですと言ったら、ホテルで使えるコインを頂きアルコールや、ジュースをいただくサービスは、良かったですが、翌日朝、部屋に電話が来て、やっと寝れそうになった時、電話で起こされ、掃除は、どうしますか？って言う事で、フロントと清掃員の方との連携が取れてないので、困りました。夜中々寝付けず、やっと寝れそうになった時電話が鳴りましたが、その際にフロントに一度確認とかして貰えたら良かったのでは？と思いました。

隣りにショッピングモールがあるので色々便利ですが土日は、かなり混んでます。 お風呂場の脱衣所に鍵付きロッカーが無いのでちょっと不安でした。 朝ご飯がもう少し早いと便利かも？旦那は、時間的に食べれる日が2日のうち、1日だけだった。 ルートインは、何度か利用してますが、ほぼ同じですね。また、機会があれば利用させて頂きます。ありがとうございました。
