Unfortunately, our stay was terrible. As soon as we entered the room, there was a strong, unpleasant smell that made it clear the room had not been properly cleaned. The bed linens were visibly dirty, with dried stains, crumbs, and hair on both the sheets and pillows. This was extremely concerning and unacceptable.
The room overall looked neglected and did not appear to have been cleaned between guests. To make matters worse, we saw cockroaches in the room, including a dead one in the bathtub. This raised serious concerns about cleanliness and sanitation.
We contacted the front desk to request fresh linens due to the dirty bedding. We were told we would have to wait about an hour, which was already inconvenient. Shortly after, the staff member hung up on us, and no one ever came to replace the linens. There was no follow-up or attempt to resolve the issue.
This experience was very disappointing and far below basic hotel standards. Cleanliness and customer service were both severely lacking. I would not recommend staying here and will not be returning.
