The staff at check-in was very friendly! The room, however, was a) a motel - even though I searched for hotels only, b) old and dark and unclean, c) cramped even though listed as “accessible room.” Did not participate in breakfast as I didn’t trust the cleanliness.

Arrived late to check in and was given the last 2 rooms that were smoking rooms. The rooms undoubtedly smelled of smoke and other stuff. When I went back to ask for a non smoking room she stated that’s all she have and that I requested nonsmoking anyway. I looked at my itinerary and saw that it said nonsmoking so I went to another location.
