Location is great if you are tourist. Service is lacking. Housekeeping cart parked in front of my door entire stay. Hard to navigate around. Both elevators down with issues. All bars and room service have inconsistent open/closing times. Tried to rip me off with fake minibar charges.

This is our second time staying here and we truly enjoyed our stay both times! Sitting in the beautiful lobby with music playing and a fire is my favorite, but would love to be there when an old movie is playing in the theater!
