Simone is a joyful host and amazingly friendly. We loved staying at his B&B. Breakfast was true family style with fellow lodgers and with excellent quality ingredients. Nice to have an indoor parking area along with close street parking, and we enjoyed the availability of the kitchen area in the evenings. We appreciated his flexibility regarding check in time. We would love to go back!

Host is very nice and always accommodated every request. Very glad that he has private parking since it would be very difficult to find street parking in the area. Probably the nicest budget accommodation that we have ever stayed in. Excellent breakfast included. Very nice bathroom also. Coin laundry about 4 blocks East of B&B.

Simoni was the perfect host. Authentic, warm and welcoming. He was very attentive and truly wanted to make our stay as comfortable as possible. He made a wonderful Tuscan breakfast with fresh pastries he had picked up on the way over in the morning. Parking and Netflix were added bonuses. We loved the shower and my wife said it was the best shower she had after 2 weeks in Italy! He has a private patio for relaxing outside. Great location for exploring Tuscany.

The host with the most. We had an amazing and comfortable stay with Simone. He really took care of us like family. Including staying up for our late arrival, waking up earlier and preparing the most delicious and fresh breakfast. He is truly one of a kind and made our short stay a memorable one. Good breakfast but poor check-in and service

My partner and I were quite excited to stay at this property as the reviews looked good, with many commenting on the breakfast. The breakfast definitely didn't disappoint with fresh pastries, bread, ham and cheese, and cakes. Our room was very modern, with a comfortable bed, and had clearly been renovated recently. The owner of the property was incredibly kind and warm and runs the whole property by himself. This sadly was the main issue for our stay. We called ahead in the morning to let him know that we'd be arriving around 6.30pm. Around 6.30pm, we arrived but couldn't locate the parking (no clear signs), but managed to get into contact with the owner after about 5-10 minutes. We were then told our room wasn't ready yet but would be soon so we said we'd happily wait in the dining room (he provided us with cakes and coffee). However, 1 hour passed without any contact and then we were told our room was finally ready, but it wasn't in the B&B but rather in another building 2 minutes down the road. We hoped our experience was just a bad day for the owner as he truly was really lovely and friendly. However, during our stay, it seemed that he was constantly too busy to attend to all his customers. All in all, good breakfast, comfortable room, but more staff needed to support the running of the property.
