On the positive the room was clean, the shower was hot, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. On the negative the room was poorly thought out. As a couple we were given a triple room which is the same size as a double room and thus was cramped. The beds were pushed together so my husband had to climb over it to get in and out and no bedside table for him. A kettle is provided but no plug socket was nearby, only one across the other side of the room at the tiny bedside shelf. We had nowhere to hang out towels apart from some very strangely positioned hooks that were about 1 foot off the ground outside the bathroom door???? and nowhere to put toiletries. Only 2 hangers were provided for clothes on an open rail. Outside the pool is constantly in the shade and thus is freezing cold and the sun loungers are shaped that you can only lay on them on your back. The breakfast buffet was reasonable but only outside seating available and some people looked cold and needed coats on. Would I stay here again....no.

The Blue Lagoon was a great hotel. We got a great rate due to traveling in the low season. The room was nice and clean, and the AC worked great. The breakfast was delicious, and had many options including made to order omelets and eggs. The pool was also a nice touch. Great to cool off on a hot day. The lady at the front desk even loaned us her umbrella when we were going out on a tour. The location was also great. Would definitely recommend for a stay.

Hotel con potencial pero en estado precario. Instalaciones muy deficitarias y un poco sucias. El baño de la habitación es pequeño y tiene la ducha en un rincón y sin cortinas. Queda todo mojado!

Good hotel in the heart of Chiang Rai

Tbh it didn't seem too impressive at first view but the room had most of what we needed ( but no safe!!) and the bed and the pool were very good, probably the best of our holiday. The buffet breakfast was very good though and the outside location was excellent. Good location.

Me tuve que ir porque las condiciones del hotel eran una película de terror ! Sin ascensor la habitación con olor y el baño usado con agua ! Realmente no pude quedarme y me retiré en el momento aunque ya había pagado la habitación pero no podía estar allí !! Me dio mucha impresión me comunicaré o iniciaré un reclamo por esto ya que cuando quise hacer con ustedes la plataforma no me deja tampoco tuve un teléfono de asistencia y llegué de noche tuve q salir a buscar un hotel en un país que no conozco con un idioma muy distinto más allá del inglés ellos tampoco hablan muy bien. Por lo cual aprovecho para solicitar este reclamo
