No Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, cups. I felt there wasn’t anything in the room. Extremely basic. Had to put everything that needed to be cold outside. Payed for 2 nights and stayed for 1. Very friendly staff.

I'm in construction. With a background in facility's maintenance. I notice things that people without my background, or unless your a lodging snob, wouldn't notice. So i see why it's 2 star on Google. - That said. We were happy. Quiet. Nice view. Quaint old building. Just be aware, narrow halls, and stairs. Very reasonably priced. The bed was oddly comfortable. No bizarre smells and stains. reasonably clean. - Bonus, waffle maker fer breakfast.made the old lady happy. we get round to just getting away, wouldn't be a bad spot to spend a few nights.

The room was clean. The property was centrally located and very affordable. I stayed during the off-season and the entire place to myself. The hotel offers beautiful views of Winnisquam Lake. It was great to watch the sunrise over the mountains in the morning.

Very nice room ,way better than I expected, outside lake area is gorgeous, but it is by the major road so it’s too noisy , staff is not available when you need them, the hair dryer in my room not working and tried to borrow from next door and they didn’t have one, and front desk had nobody there

The room smelled like a smoker had occupied it prior, staff was attentive and came and sprayed Odor eliminator which helped. Breakfast was very sparse, limited cups and food selection, waffle maker did not work reliably. Staff tried to assist but the place was just very run down.

No place to hang clothes or put luggage. No shelf in shower for soap/shampoo. No kleenix. No one at desk for checkout. TV had to be controlled from the back of the set. Terrible experience!

I walked into my room and it smelled like the bedding and carpet had not ever been cleaned. Carpets in the hallway are dirty and stained. The room I stayed in looked NOTHING like the photo online. There were holes in the wall where wall hanging units had been removed (or torn?) out? I got there around 8pm and had a hard time locating a staff member to check in. Said staff member disappeared after I was checked in again.

We arrived for one night. The room we were given was not clean. We were immediately changed, with many apologies, to a larger and more spacious room.Overall it was nice, the room we got was very large, with a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, a few dishes. The maintenance is not good, the taps were leaking all night. But, and this is a big but! The view was worth it all. We saw the sunset, the sunrise over the lake and it was amazing and spectacular!

Beautiful view of the water but right on a VERY BUSY & NOISY street. The room A/C either blasts cold or shuts off which makes the road noise that much worse
