I chose this hotel because of its high rating, but I was disappointed with one basic service. Not even a bottle of complimentary water was provided in the room, and the only option was to purchase one for $4. It’s not about the price, but about the lack of consideration for guests’ comfort. When I arrived, I had a sore throat, and it felt very inconvenient that such a simple necessity was not offered. For a hotel of this rating, I expected better hospitality.
