I stayed at this property for two nights, it was very easy to find with lots of parking available. Everything in the apartment was clean, modern and the A/C and shower worked fantastic and the common areas and property were neat, tidy and well maintained. The owners of this property responded to any questions or queries I had with lightning speed. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Lauderdale area, I will definitely stay here again!

Would not recommend staying here. We stayed (1) night before our cruise on Jan 4th and again when we returned on Jan 9. The first night our air did not work, we noticed mold everywhere, the place was very dirty. Hotter in the room than it was outside. Again, when we returned we had the same experience. Still no air, mold still present (obviously). When we showered, we put a towel down on the floor to catch the water as there was no curtain and the towel was BROWN when we lifted it back up. We forgot beer in the room during the first stay, the same beer was in the room when we got back. Obviously didn’t get cleaned very well. Customer service was terrible. Tried texting the phone number that was “available 24/7” per our check in email regarding the issues and never got a reply. All of the chairs outside and tables have mold on them too. Can’t say I recommend this place at all.
