The hotel is nice and conveniently located for what we need, the parking was also very nice to have. The facilities from the hotel are very nice, and the staff are very friendly, helpful and attentive. The room it self was also very nice, neatly remodeled, very nice bathroom, spacious and with windows that open which is nice to have. One minor detail, in the bathroom there could be better cleaning as we saw mold. It does not take much to properly clean. However, one big issue was the air conditioning. For some reason the hotel deems it absolutely necessary to shut-off air conditioning and only turn on heating. This made our sleep incredibly uncomfortable. The room temperature rose to 25-26ºC in the evening, even with the window open when outside temperature was close to 12ºC. For some reason they much rather have a family with a one (1) year old baby suffer the night rather than turn on the air conditioning. We removed the duvet from the sheet, we undressed and even had fans that the staff lent us at 4am…but still the room temperature was only 25º. At check out the staff said it’s because outside temperature is too cold for other guest…well, other guest can turn of the air condition from the room, they can change the mode to fan, they can even get cozy with the duvet from the bed. You can always dress for cold weather, you can only have air conditioning for hot temperatures. Better management should be in place, and have a better a more comfortable option for everyone.

Gorgeous hotel

The building and room is splendid after renovation, new, clean and comfortable. The breakfast has so many type of food, which is worthy a try. There are two facilities such as gym and sauna, which are brilliant. In conclusion, I highly recommend this place to stay.
