The location of the hotel and view from the room were outstanding, the room facing the York Minister in the heart of the city. The room itself was clean and decently equipped, if a little tired in places (along with the rest of the hotel). Staff were mostly very friendly. The only real let down was the valet parking which due to cars being parked in front of the hotel was unavailable to us, or if it was available we had no ideas how to access it.
