Em 5 noites de estadia, o quarto nao foi limpo nem uma vez, mesmo reclamando, pois disseram que nao tinham arrumacao Diaria. O piso estava bem empoeirado O cafe da manha era muuuuuuito pobre de opcao. A intermet nao funcionou no quarto nem um dia.. O tamanho do quarto era otimo e ao lado de uma walgreens e a uma quadra de um tjmax. Bom estacionamento ja incluido na diaria

From the beginning the staff was very rude and mean. Not friendly at all. I requested a lower level room and the staff denied me the lower level room. It was 11:45PM and it was Wednesday night not a busy day at all. He assigned me a room on the 3rd floor.? My husband and I clearly saw a few empty rooms on the first floor.!

Easy check in, airy rooms and elevator. The sink was not clean upon arrival; role of toilet paper was 3/4 empty and breakfast only served cereal, bagels and hot coffee. Other hotels serve fruit, yogurt, waffles, scrambled eggs and orange juice.
