The first room we got was dirty, but the guy at the front desk got us a new, clean room, which was fine. But I had to physically go down to the front desk because they simply do not pick up calls- over multiple days I tried calling the front desk but not once did they answer. Even better, a baby in the neighboring room (which had a shared door) cried literally the entire night, so we didn't sleep much and, of course, couldn't call about it. The door was slightly ajar all night too, so I was also a little concerned that someone just left their baby unattended all night.
I tried to bring this up to a woman at the front desk, her response was, "What do you want us to do, tell the baby to shut up?" I didn't feel like arguing this with someone supposedly in the "hospitality industry", but she didn't feel like trying to do *anything*.
So yeah, I guess expect a decent room (provided it's clean), and sub-par service if you encounter an issue.
