The internet was good. Room was clean hoever it was set up for 1 person not 3 as my reservation was. We checked in in late afternoon and had to wait for staff to come in and bring amenities towels and set up the 2nd bed. Breakfast had amazing selection. The only thing they were not keeping up replenishing utensils, food and drinks

We really enjoyed our stay at this modern hotel. The location is unbeatable—right in the center and just a 5-minute walk to the Central Station and Złote Tarasy mall. The hotel features a cool, modern concept with a lobby connected to a building full of great cafes and restaurants. ​The Room: Our room was spacious enough for us and our two kids, and the housekeeping staff kept it impeccably clean throughout our stay. ​Dining: Breakfast offered a great variety of food. It can get busy (there were some queues for coffee and omelets), but the quality was worth it. We also ordered room service, which was very tasty. ​Staff & Service: We did have an issue with the air conditioning, but the staff were quick to provide a heater as a temporary fix. While the reception and dining staff were professional, they could be a bit friendlier. ​Amenities: The bar area is great! It’s well-designed with comfy couches and fun games like snooker, basketball, and foosball. ​Summary: Highly recommended for couples or families who want to explore Warsaw on foot!
