Nos atendió Marta en el Bar, ya era tarde entrada la noche domingo en Bilbao todo cerrado, se preocupo que no nos fuéramos a la cama sin cenar nada, incluso nos facilito una botella de cava, con su cubitera , ersa nuestro 45 Aniversario de boda. I visit Bilbao frequently. First time this hotel. Have to say the hotel ruined it somehow. The check in took 15 minuts and even though i payd for 2 Superior double rooms. So a gift for my daughter ruined. The hotel feels giving her a single below standard room was ok. Inthe end they returnet 51 euros. I paid 1040. You cannot fix a bad experience. As travel influencer I was dissapointed. Will not come back
