The staff is helpful. The hotel is very clean. I upgraded to a suite which was a good choice. The bedroom and bathroom were in good shape and well appointed and very clean. The furniture in the sitting area was outdated and damaged. The hotel.is conveniently located in terminal 2. Still not that easy to locate. The lounge service and continental breakfast with room service are included in the suite upgrade. I found it very helpful as I just relaxed and rested. The food in the lounge was delicious, however the Brea d a bit stale as it was a Sunday. Overall I will stay there again. The staff is what makes the difference.
