This Comfort Inn— transitioning into a Fairfield Inn, Mariott is just fine. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and by far the best thing about it, a friendly, welcoming staff. No complaints—but if you are there to see downtown and the French Quarter, you’ll have to walk. Not much more than a mile, but just so you know. For the price, no doubt I would stay again. But I am partying elsewhere!

The property was good for the price. Some of my ratings are due to the parking situation and breakfast options. They are switching ownership and are redoing the parking lot which made parking inconvenient and it smelled horrible outside due to it. The breakfast options weren’t the best either. Other than that, it was a great stay and the staff were super friendly and amazing. The rooms were clean and everything else was great!

Overall decent stay. As the hotel is going through renovations (which I was aware of, they did a great job of noting ahead of my stay) the lobby area and elevators are not in the best asthetic state currently. My room was clean, newly renovated, and comfortable.
