Great room

Great spacious room. Big bath’s temperature ( share space) was too cold. That was bit disappointed. Kitchen have sink. Hard to walk so we left dishes.

家族5人で宿泊しましたが充分な広さのお部屋で周辺が別荘地？な事もあり静かでとても快適に過ごせました。朝食は「いこい山荘」での食事で少し移動が必要でしたが、雨が降っていた事もあり車で向かうと数台の駐車スペースがあり傘を持ってなかった私達にはとても助かりました。パンも野菜もたっぷりで美味しかったです。お部屋に洗濯機が設置されていたのもとても助かりました。

非常整潔，房間內有有門隔開的獨立和室，使團體或家庭旅行仍可保持私穩。有免費的公共浴池，也很整潔。有毛巾、浴衣。公共空間很大，有一個很大的後院，窗戶看出去很舒適，尤其我們住那晚有下雪，雪景很漂亮。房間質素沒話說。服務也很好，入住和退房當日可接送至中輕井澤站。碗盤也會幫忙洗。唯一缺點是位置不太方便，附近只有在中輕井澤車站、樹榆小鎮、星野溫泉有食肆，都要走15-20 分鐘。走10分鐘有一家7-11。有一輛公車可坐到輕井澤站，但一小時只有一班車。另一選擇是走路去中輕井澤坐公車。去王子大飯店滑雪，交通連走路全程需要大約45分鐘。另外要注意中輕井澤往輕井澤的列車也是一小時一班左右。

和室に宿泊しました。お部屋も広く、布団も分厚く快適に過ごすことができました。テレビのサイズも大きく、友人と映画鑑賞しながら過ごすのもいいかもしれません。自動販売機の他にもウォーターサーバもあり、十分な設備でした。

良い点館内に素敵な現代アートが飾ってあり、購入可能広くて明るく、Free Wifiやコンセント、コピー機に裁断機まであるワーケーションスペース元テニスコートの庭は半分はグランピンク施設に占領されているがバドミントンくらいはできる朝食のサンドイッチが美味しく、テラスで食べれるベッドがシモンズのマット共同浴室が客室から近いし、ポーラのアメニティが充実デロンギのコーヒーメーカーのコーヒーが飲み放題夕食が姉妹施設のいこい山荘やBBQと色々ある近くの土屋乗馬クラブで乗馬もできる近くに遊具が多少ある公園ありバルコニーが爽やか洋室には冷蔵庫、小さなテーブルと椅子二つあるスタッフさんがフレンドリー改善点コーヒーメーカーが豆切れのことが多い(スタッフさんにいえば補充してくれた) 和の間以外のワーケーションスペースの照明がやや暗い朝食、夕食に子供メニューがない(値段というより量が多くて残すのがしのびない)

Love the place, friendly staff and great service. They provide a data phone upon check in. One thing to note is that thr room I stayed provides bathroom with no shower, so we used the communal one instead.

静かな環境で短い休暇をゆったりと気持ちよく過ごすことができました。また、アートが色々な所にある事も多忙な日常から解放してくれ、他にはない心地よさがあります。肌寒さが増した朝は、多分地産の食材が生かされた暖かいコーンスープとサラダ、パン、コーヒー・・・で身も心もホットになりました。軽井沢が初めての母も大満足でした。また滞在するのが楽しみです。笑顔で迎え、見送ってくれたスタッフの皆さん、本当にありがとうございました。

新しいし、和室だし、静かで最高でした！大浴場も貸切状態で3歳の娘も大はしゃぎでした。ご飯が食べられる場所があるともっといいなと思いました。
