Everything was fine. Me and daughter had no complaints that needed to be addressed. The staff: housekeepers really nice, front desk love them, housekeeper manager awesome! Manager of hotel just call corporate don’t even try to communicate. Laundry was available if needed it. No shopping to cold. Overall no issues.

Absolutely terrible stay. The room door was open when I checked in. There was no towels or toilet paper. When I asked the young man at the front desk, he mentioned that cleaning must’ve left the room open. The room wasn’t super clean. There was a tag in the bathroom meaning it wasn’t clean. I didn’t have my hopes up for the hotel but I was amazed by lack of flexibility of the front desk handling such an inconvenience. Luckily, I was there just to sleep for 5 hrs. Wouldn’t recommend this spot.

You are better off sleeping under a bridge somewhere, anywhere, even during the depth of winter! RUDE staff, room was not cleaned AT ALL, just awful. Front desk staff incredibly rude when I told them that the room was dirty, gave me another room which was equally disgusting! Cigarette holes in the blankets, dirty floor, freezing air blowing through the ancient windows. This whole building should be condemned! JUST AWFUL!!!! I know its cheap and tempting if you need to be on a budget, but DO NOT RISK IT HERE! This place is a RIP OFF! Filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau it was so bad!
