Everything was perfect: a warm and welcoming atmosphere, attentive and friendly staff, a spacious and comfortable room, and a wonderful restaurant offering delicious options for both breakfast and dinner. The hotel is located in a characteristic area, just a short walk from a metro station, making it easy to reach all parts of Valencia.

Hidden little gem

This hotel is a hidden little gem close to the marina, the metro and the train stations. They have a very cute restaurant patio. Only thing was there was no where to fill your water bottle and the restaurant/bar has limited hours.

Great location, easy to get to. Close to the beach and easy to get into the main city. Breakfast was great value for money as well as evening meals, that were prepared by fantastic chefs and delivered by wonderfully helpful staff. I loved my stay there, and next time in Valencia, I'd book there. Everything was super nice: big, clean rooms, a nice atmosphere, and friendly staff. The hotel's location was really good, very close to the beach and also fairly close to the old town.

Great waterfall shower really clean and comfortable. The only thing the room was lacking was a kettle for tea making facilities. Lovely bar area and terrace.

I would recommend this hotel if you are staying in Valencia. The accommodations were nice, nothing fancy, but the service was excellent, very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again!

The reception is unmanned at 8-9 without any forewarning being given at check-in. In addition, my keycard stopped working a few times during my only three-night stay. In fairness, the staff was mostly very accommodating, with few exceptions, and in general I expect a sincere apology when having stood outside in the rain for half an hour because the keycard was not coded to the front door as I had been told it would be.

Easy & safe to walk around, very close to beach area. Reasonable walking distance to Science & Art district, well easy for me. Food at Lindala was delicious & eat there both nights. Super choice & everyone so friendly to a non Spanish speaker👍

10/10 stay. As a solo traveller on this stay, the reception were very friendly and welcoming. The room was better than expected and the hotel has a boutique vibe to it. Easy transport from the airport and to all areas in Valencia with very good restaurants close by. Highly recommend!

The young man at the front desk when we checked-in was confrontational, and arrogant. Despite the hotel being almost empty we were given a ground floor room on the main street. The room was tiny with just enough room for our luggage. The room was well equipped and the bathroom was nice.

Its a gem in the middle of a neighborhood. Close enough to transit, beaches, and the city of science. Dinning options are great and all within walkable distance. The room was great. Clean, spacious, comfortable overall and a great bathroom which is difficult to find in Europe. I Personally would love to give a shout to Omar at the front desk, talk about amazing customer service my man went above and beyond.

We took the larger double room option and it was very spacious, clean and had thoughtful storage space for luggage etc. The bed was really comfortable. On the down side, there was a lingering musty smell, particularly in the bathroom. The room was on the ground floor so this could have been rising damp or a plumbing issue.

Lovely simple stylish hotel, very friendly staff, very high level of cleanliness (so well done to the housekeeper). Fantastic shower. Eco toiletries. Great location in a residential area, surrounded by great transport options and one can walk to the port and beach in c 10 mins. The building is old so sound proofing isn’t very good from the street but its a residential area so quietens down. We ate at the sea but the restaurant looked very good and highly rated by locals.

Horrible management - Avoid this place

The location was great, our room was updated but that's were the compliments of this place ends. The washroom smelled like sewage, they have a cockroach problem - seems like there is a nest in the property. When advising the staff that we could not stay here due to health concerns (cockroaches laying eggs in our luggae/clothes) we were told 'that's the way it is in Spain'. I refused to accept that so we checked out the same day we checked in. Management refused to refund us for 3 unused nights as well. AVOID this place at all costs. Oh and by the way the next place we stayed at did not have a cockroach problem. So much for that being the case in Spain.
