During my recent stay at that hotel, I experienced a serious inconvenience regarding the elevators. I was staying on the top floor, and when I went to check out in the morning, I discovered that both elevators were out of service. As a guest with a foot condition, I was forced to take the stairs, which was extremely difficult and uncomfortable.
When I inquired at the front desk, I was told that elevator service would not be available until 8:00 a.m. or sometime thereafter. Additionally, when I first arrived, only one elevator was functioning, despite the hotel being at high occupancy due to a wedding party. Considering these circumstances, I was left feeling both uncomfortable and greatly inconvenienced. I believe this matter warrants serious attention to prevent similar experiences for future guests.
