Towels and blankets had stains on them. When we asked for our room to be cleaned, they put the dirty blanket (which was on the floor) back onto our bed. There was loud noises outside our door at all hours of the night and morning.

We checked into our room and noticed that it was warm and muggy in the room. We were attending a dinner party and had to leave by 5:30pm. I called the front desk to let them know, the said they would send someone to take a look. We got back to the room at 10:30pm and had to move to another room.
