Pleasant Hotel, located within walking to many attractions, shopping and restaurants. Free breakfast included with the price of the hotel. Friendly staff, both in English and Spanish. Nice room on an upper floor with a small balcony facing the street, which was overall very quiet. Based on the cost of other hotels in the area - and while I did consider this a little pricey for a smaller room - I would probably stay here again.

What a wonderful hotel--fantastic location, great staff, excellent buffet breakfast (so many cappuccinos!); we really enjoyed our two night stay here. Rooms had all amenities you could ask for and public spaces were lovely--we sat in the lounge area two evenings and really enjoyed ourselves. Safe and clean--will definitely stay here again on a return visit to Milan!
