Very Nice Stay on rainy blustery night.

Suite was spacious and comfortable for two. Unit was clean, and staff was accommodating for late arrival, and late checkout.

It was a suite living room and bedroom for $100 a night . Only small issue the air vent wasn’t working , but it was top of the line bar , and restaurant food amazing in lobby.

The property was fine. The hot tub was out of service. We had a nice patio with view of pool. Dining was available on premises, which we enjoyed.

10/10 Exceptional

Clean, comfortable and quiet room.

We had a relatively quiet stay. The room was very clean except for the inside of the glass on the windows. They could have used a good cleaning.
1-night trip

6/10 Good

The room was not clean. The bathroom and some of the towels were visibly dirty. The property over all was nice and some of the staff were nice and it did the trick for spending one night. Thank you.

Curtains we dirty. Place was behind construction so there were homeless there being loud at night and scary at night
Nancy, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Lots of construction around the property. Power was off for multiple hours due to a storm. I would have assumed a hotel would have a generator but h guess not.

2/10 Poor

Ants infested in the rooms. Feature don’t work. Staff isn’t helpful or tries to make right the wrongs their facility has.

10/10 Exceptional

They give cookies! My favorite

This was an interesting check in experience. The lady had directed me to parking on the opposite side of the building. After that I was completely astonished at the rest of the experience considering it was pleasant to exclude the bartender who instead of informing me of available or drink offered waited until I inquired to give detail upon inquiry. Bad for business in my opinion of sales. But the place was nice breakfast hospitality was also pleasant.

Should have been better.

Heating unit blew only cold air. Very thin walls was a probem with very noisy neighbors. Was charged parking fee even it was made clear I was not parking a car there.
1-night trip

6/10 Good

Overall the property and room was clean , except although I was in a non smoking room , it smelled like smoking existed . The heater was broke so it was cold in my room , I asked if it could be fixed they advised tech wasn’t going to be available until the next day , which would do me no good since I was checking out that next day , I asked for extra blankets since it was cold in the room ,instead of bringing warm blankets they brought sheets .

6/10 Good

I wouldn't choose to stay here again.

The room was nice but the wall thin and I could hear people around in all directions of my room for most of the night. Not a super nice area either but at least it was far enough from the freeway that I couldn't hear it. The front desk guy wasn't very helpful when I checked in. Then the rate for my room changed several times between me booking it and it being charged, and no one has returned my call regarding this.
Tania, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Was checked into a dirty room after multiple key malfunctions. Stayed for a week until the hot water broke with no repair timeline. Room was not cleaned at all during the week. This property is going to be converted to another use Feb 1 2023, and it showed. Poor communication from staff about what was happening. FAIL.

6/10 Good

Ridiculous parking fee!

There is no mention at the time of booking that there was a parking fee. Upon check in, the front desk informed me of the parking fee and that parking outside and walking in was not an option. Everyone is charged no matter if you park outside or in the hotel provided spaces. It was absolutely ridiculous. All that open space and they feel the need to charge for parking. Hotels.com needs to make sure parking fees are listed. I wouldn't have chosen this property if I knew I had to pay for parking. On the plus side, the rooms are spacious and lovely. Love the separate living room.

Hoping it'll change for the better

So, they did not inform us that parking is no longer free. A $10 charged showed up after checking out, when I called to ask why that is when I was informed it was for parking. They hotel seems to be breaking down. Water spots and wholes in ceiling where water must have leaked in past. Pool and hot tub needs a desperate cleaning. Also day of check out I reached behind night stan to find plug to plug in lights and I pulled out clothing from past guest. So room obviously was not cleaned thoroughly from a previous guest. We were informed the hotel has been sold. So hoping a revamp is coming. Also they no longer offer complimentary breakfast
