Mold, mildew, sink falling off the wall, facet loose, no lock on window (ground floor), H20 takes 10 minutes to get hot, gangster guests fighting in next room, mini fridge loud and constant, lights are all LED bright white. Glad I was a single man here, would me never subject a woman to this dungeon.

Was put into a room that was supposed to be smoke free and was clearly just smoked in and not cleaned properly and obvious things left from previous guest. After call down to the front desk they said there was nothing that they could do so we had to leave as soon as we go there. When we arrived at the motel, there was nobody there to check us in, there was a sign that said to call a number for check-in, but that just rang a front desk telephone. We waited about 10 minutes. Nobody answered the phone. Nobody called us back later. We ended up having to sleep somewhere else.

We booked a non smoking room but apparently every room is a smoking room. The room reeked of cigarette smoke. The bathroom door wouldn’t close. The shower was broken, no hot water. There was blood on the walls and outlets. The room was filthy, the bedding reeked. No where to hang up your clothes. The floors were covered in paint. When we tried to get a different room, the front desk manager said that nothing was available, when we asked for a refund to go somewhere else, he threatened to call the police on us and have was kicked off the property.
