Unprepared hotel

I got to the hotel and the room was not prepared to accommodate my family. The beds were not made, we had to make the beds. We didn’t have pillows or blankets, the person in charge didn’t find any others blankets or pillows for us. We had a coffee maker with no coffee or cups… no glasses or anything to get water or ice.. I m not happy with the experience of the hotel.

Worse’s Ever

When I book the hotel I was looking at pictures wich seem to be attractive clean and good prices but what a shock coming here ….. dirty , disorganized, staff had no clue on simple questions, didn’t get the room I booked and still got charged the same price ?????? If you change to the Hostel Hotel ok , change the pricing and change the pictures because it did not look as it should . I will write a separate letter to the Hotel company and ask for 50% discount on this disaster . It was not the start I invision when starting my holidays.

An interesting hotel with large rooms with breakfast included at a reasonable cost. Close to the city and station. Next to several blocks of flats which made the area look a bit rough late at night but probably safe. Large rooms with good bathroom but otherwise the rooms were very bare with not even a plastic glass for water and no tea or coffee. It gave the impression of having been a more luxurious hotel in the past.
